1.設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)速：

螺桿空壓機(jī)的排氣量與轉(zhuǎn)速成正比，而轉(zhuǎn)速往往會隨電網(wǎng)的電壓、頻率而變化。當(dāng)電壓降低或頻率降低時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)速將下降，使螺桿空壓機(jī)排氣量減少。

The exhaust volume of screw air compressor is proportional to the rotational speed, and the rotational speed often varies with the voltage and frequency of power grid. When the voltage or frequency decreases, the speed will decrease, which will reduce the exhaust volume of screw air compressor.

螺桿空壓機(jī)是容積型壓縮機(jī)，吸氣體積不變。當(dāng)吸氣溫度升高，或吸氣管路阻力過大而使吸入壓力降低時(shí)，氣體的密度減小，相應(yīng)地會減少螺桿空壓機(jī)排氣量；

When the suction temperature increases or the suction pressure decreases due to the excessive resistance of the suction pipeline, the density of the gas decreases and the exhaust volume of the screw air compressor decreases accordingly.

轉(zhuǎn)子相互之間及轉(zhuǎn)子與外殼之間在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)沒有接觸，保持有一定的縫隙，所以會產(chǎn)生氣體泄漏。壓力升高后的氣體通過縫隙向吸氣管道及正在吸氣的嚙槽泄漏時(shí)，將使排氣量減小。為了減少泄漏量，在從動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子的齒頂做有密封齒，主動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子的齒根開有密封槽，端面也加工有環(huán)狀或條狀的密封齒。如果這些密封線磨損，將使泄漏量增加，因此平時(shí)維護(hù)的時(shí)候應(yīng)該考慮到這些因素；

In order to reduce leakage, sealing teeth are made on the top of the driven rotor teeth, sealing grooves are opened on the root of the active rotor teeth, and ring or strip sealing teeth are machined on the end face. If these sealing wires are worn out, the leakage will increase, so these factors should be taken into account in maintenance.

氣體在壓縮過程中溫度會升高，轉(zhuǎn)子與機(jī)殼的溫度也相應(yīng)升高，所以在吸氣過程中，氣體會受到轉(zhuǎn)子和機(jī)殼的加熱而膨脹，因此相應(yīng)地會減少吸氣量。螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子中有的采用了油冷卻，機(jī)殼用水冷卻，其目的之一就是為了降低其溫度。當(dāng)冷卻效果不好時(shí)，溫度則升高，螺桿空壓機(jī)排氣量便會減少。

During the compression process, the temperature of the gas will rise, and the temperature of the rotor and the casing will also rise accordingly. Therefore, during the suction process, the gas will expand due to the heating of the rotor and the casing, so the suction capacity will be reduced accordingly. Oil cooling is used in the rotor of screw air compressor and water cooling is used in the casing. One of its purposes is to reduce its temperature. When the cooling effect is not good, the temperature rises and the exhaust volume of screw air compressor decreases.
